ChipTrades Cookie Policy

ChipTrades keeps cookies to the minimum needed to run a secure member platform. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

Last updated: August 2026

1.Essential cookies

These are required for the platform to function and cannot be turned off through the platform. They include:

  • Authentication/session cookies and local storage — keep you signed in and maintain your session across pages.
  • Security cookies — protect against request forgery, session hijacking and abuse.
  • Preference storage — remembers interface choices such as filters, drafts and the last view you used.

2.Analytics

We currently do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking analytics on the platform. We rely on server-side operational logs (such as error and performance logs) to keep the service running. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or other optional tracking technologies, we will update this policy and, where consent is required by applicable law, ask for your consent before setting those technologies.

3.Optional tracking technologies

Emails we send may include standard delivery and engagement measurement, such as delivery status, bounce information and, where enabled, email-open reporting provided by our email delivery provider. These technologies relate to email delivery rather than cookies used on the ChipTrades website. You can prevent some email-open tracking by blocking remote images in your email client.

4.Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using ChipTrades. Questions: sales@chiptrades.com.
